SOLE F63
The F63 treadmill has been reviewed as “Simply the best quality treadmill in its price range” by numerous consumer resources and magazines.
SOLE builds quality treadmills using the best components and even at a lower price, the F63 is no exception. The strong, 3.0 HP motor delivers challenging speeds up to 12 mph and inclines up to 15 levels. When not in use, the treadmill deck locks into place. Run up to six preset programs, including cardio training and fat-burning programs.

The F63 features cooling fans, as well as speed and incline controls on the arm rests. The treadmill console is user-friendly. The display information includes Speed, Incline, Time, Distance Traveled, Calories, Pulse and Pace. There is a 1/4 mile track feature and a Peak and Valley graph for different programs. The console has built-in speakers that allow you to play music from your media device.
The F63 now includes an integrated tablet holder so you can use your smart devices to watch shows or follow workout routines. Also included is a USB port for charging and Bluetooth Audio Speakers so you can listen to music.

It was more treadmill than we wanted. But the competition’s offerings of more modest treadmills did not have a lot going for them in terms of customer satisfaction, or reliability. Or features. This Sole F63 treadmill was just the only choice for us. It is physically larger than what we wanted. But it packs more features than we can use. The warranties are the best we could see. There was an issue or two with assembly, but Sole customer Service took care of them. The machine is for keeping our good health, for us. My wife uses it for running, I use it for walking.

After comparing the models, we opted for the F63. It’s a great treadmill with plenty of features for our use. It’s in our basement with our TV, and we each use it 1-3 times a week, and anticipate more as the temps cool down and we run outdoors less over the winter. Customer service was great; they helped me get it loaded into my car and even threw in a bonus freebie. I would recommend them, especially if you live in Salt Lake City

The treadmill arrived as expected. We moved it into the basement and it was a bit of a challenge to negotiate the stairs but two people were able to control it without much fear of it slipping. Assembly takes a bit of time, but if you only want to do it once, take your time and tighten everything. Once I got on it the treadmill was smooth and sturdy for running. One issue is that when running or walking at speeds greater than 3.5mph and incline higher than 3 it is making a “squeaking”. It must be due to the way force is put through the front supports in the incline position–need to investigate this and potentially provide some silicone grease…At 0 incline there is no noise. The heart rate monitor strap is great and connects without issue. The device holder is secure and easy to see a tablet. I am concerned that over time it may break because it is a bit hard to open and close but that is yet to be seen. I would have liked for the on screen computer to tell you average speed and pace for the session you are engaged with in addition to the current speed and pace you are on The App–this is not very good. It connects and will read and store the information but will not transfer to Fitbit like it claims to and is very rudimentary. It would be great if Sole would put resources into this app development. Overall, I bought this device because it was a treadmill first and foremost, not a TV. I am happy with the treadmill but the squeak needs to be fixed and the app can use MAJOR upgrades.

The F63 was sole’s least expensive treadmill, and based on other reviews, I expected it to be high quality construction, with a minimalist interface and not many bells and whistles. I found that the treadmill has met my expectations for quality. I think most of the price of the equipment went toward the build quality and construction of the machine, and relatively little to the quality of the user interface and screen. So basically, if the quality of the machine is more important that having a modern, user friendly interface, then this is for you. That was my goal and expectation with this purchase and that’s why I give 5 stars.

I spent about 6 hours over a couple of days researching Treadmills before I finally settled on this one. It has a lot of great features for the price. Assembly is not real simple and being a type of mechanic I caught on to a lot of items of assembly that was not that clear. This thing is Definitely Heavy! So make sure you have the necessary help or equipment to move it into your house. The controls are like most of the other treadmills I have used in several fitness centers. They all have their good parts and bad parts. I still have a lot to learn about using the App along with the machine but it is handy. The only complaint I have about the App is that I can’t set up the HIIT program in the App, that program is not listed so I mostly use the machine without the app. I still have a lot to learn about all the features. The speakers are so-so, not bad really. Don’t expect a Bose quality sound. A lot of the quality could be in how you set up your phone Sound Quality settings. I still have to experiment with that. The only down side I have so far was in the packaging. The machine came out of the beat up box in very good shape. The bottle of lubricant was not so fortunate. The bottle ended up getting a hole in the bottom and 1/2 of the oil ended up lubricating most of the other items in the hardware package. If you end up reading this SOLE, you really should send me a new bottle. You should also look into using double wall cardboard. This device is HEAVY as you warn us about, so you should understand that it is going to get abused to some degree. Having better packaging and adding some sort of handles (other than nylon straps packaging straps) would go a long way to seeing that your product is delivered in great condition.

I wanted a 3 H.P treadmill but the budget i had set was too low to really afford one. The F63 was on sale at Sole and its not because it didnt sell. The treadmill is fantastic. Demand was so high I had to wait quite some time to get it but it shipped early. Assembly is east and it functions like a gym treadmill. My only gripe is that they could not move it to the room i needed due to covid and had to hire movers. I dont think this detracts from the experience. I like that they take their employees’ safety seriously. The treadmill is a beast, with a 270lbs base so you better have a plan to move it

First, purchase and delivery was very easy and satisfactory without a problem. Second, the machine is extremely heavy and awkward to move from the garage to the basement. We needed 3 strong men to get that done. Third, assembly was very difficult, especially getting the bolts holding the instrument panel on to the upright bars without hurting the electrical wires. BUT once together and working, it is really a wonderful treadmill with multiple functions that are both easy to use and great for doing exercise. OVERALL, I am very satisfied with the machine (after it got put together !!).

Just received my Sole F63 on March 13th, 2021 and used it for the first time on the 14th. The machine feels sturdy so far and of good quality. I like all the features on it like the bluetooth connection, fan, and the ipad holder is really convenient. The machine has enough running room and the wheels come in handy if I need to move the treadmill. The motor is also quiet and so the treadmill is not loud. I hope to have for many years to come without any issues.

I was looking for a quality treadmill for my personal use and when I found the Sole F 63 I was skeptical that everything they claimed about the treadmill could be true for the price. I ordered one and after having it for about 3 weeks I can say that it is a high quality treadmill with many of the features you would expect to find on ones that are twice the price.

It is a beautiful machine, but very difficult to put together. Thank goodness I had two brothers who are good at this kind of stuff. Also, the poor delivery guy had a hard time, as the machine weighed 300 pounds.

We have had the F63 for a month. Easy to use once you use it a few times. It has great built in workouts (you can modify to suit your needs) or build your own workout. The only issue I have had is with the app to be able to track our workouts. I initially had a problem with it syncing my finished workout using a Samsung Tablet and watching Dishnetwork at the same time. After being frustrated that it wasn’t syncing, I use the app on my phone and continue to watch Dishnetwork on my Samsung Tablet. That seems to have solved my problem. Everything works perfectly now. I would recommend the F63 for those looking for a good/sturdy, variable workouts, for the money.

I feel confident while running, it doesn’t shake and the manuals are so convenient. I can change speeds in seconds. I love that I can change the incline while the machine runs. I will say that putting it together was difficult, it’s not a one man job. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The treadmill came in the time estimated. It was easy to assemble, and it is the quietest machine I have ever ‘not heard’. The fact that we purchased at a sale price made the deal even sweeter. I couldn’t be more happy. The incline transition is so smooth, you can’t even tell it’s happening. This treadmill simulates walking so well! I also love that I didn’t need to sign up for a service to get the treadmill running. The app is OK at best, but I use Apple Fitness for my workouts and my iPad sits securely in the holder for my runs/walks.
